THIS article is about AVID. the OTHER article ISN'T making FUN of the PCW guys. It's simply giving an example of regional enthusiasts who likely will not be too happy with ARNR sometime in the future. If ARNR SAW that post they'd probably MAKE FUN of it, thus, prompting "Canadians Against ARNR."
